It's been probably 20 years since I've played this game, so here goes from memory. It is a strategy game featuring up to four players programming their "worms" to move around a diagonal grid based on previously learned behavior. That is, each time the worm comes to intersecting lines, it must first learn how to behave based on the conditions in the intersection. Once learned, it will always behave that way when it comes upon an identical intersection. Worms can be saved to disk to load and compete against other people's trained worms. The game features unique music and is addictive if not fast-paced. Very unusual.
